No reliance on data, information and resources
The resources on our site are to help support students with their learning. It’s not intended to be taken as a pedagogy for Computing. You must use your own professional judgement before using the content on our site.
Although we try to keep our resources up to date, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, either express or implied, that the content on our site is accurate, complete or up-to-date.
By proceeding with any purchase of resources from Enjoy Computing, you are downloading digital content which you must have the appropriate hardware and/or software to open. We adhere to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 which states that Enjoy Computing must supply you with digital content that is as described by us on the website, fit for a particular purpose and of satisfactory quality.
We agree that we shall immediately supply you with the resources via a download link on the website and via the email address you supplied. You accept and acknowledge that you shall have no right to cancel your purchase or withdraw from or terminate your contract with us once your order has been placed. All sales shall be final and no refunds will be available.
Changes to our site and resources
We will update our site and resources over time. However, please note that any of the content on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we’re under no obligation to update it. We do not guarantee that our site, any content on it or any resources, will be free from errors or omissions. From time to time we update the resources that we sell. When you purchase an item, you are purchasing a licence to the version that is available at the time of the transaction. If you would like a the purchase an updated resource, you must purchased the resource again.
Accessing our site
Our site is made available to you free of charge. We don’t guarantee that it, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted. Your access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis. We can suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of our site without notice. We are not liable to you if, for any reason, our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
Intellectual property, copyright and trademarks
Our site and resources may contain images and moving images of software.Where we do, we do so under a licence from the relevant company and they reserve all its rights in all such trade marks.
The names, images and logos identifying Enjoy Computing or third parties and their products and services are subject to copyright, design rights and trademarks of Enjoy Computing and/or third parties. Those works are protected by laws and treaties around the world.
We are reasonable and realistic and so you may share our resources with colleagues within your institution.
Our resources take time to produce and we price them fairly. Our resources are not intended for or directed towards your commercial advantage or monetary compensation and you may only use our resources for teaching and learning. You agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from Enjoy Computing content.
Editable resources for example (but not limited to) DOCX, PPTX and XLSX files may be altered for your own requirements but the copyright notices must not be removed from such documents.
Where discount codes are provided which enable a resource to be free any downloaded files must not be shared, for example (but not limited to) via social media; in social media groups; shared cloud storage folders; forums.
When you purchase a resource from us we are licensing the resource to your institution or household. Sharing the resource with somebody in another institution or household would be breaching the terms of this licence. If you purchase a quantity higher than 1 of any given resource then you will still only receive one download and so each household/institution wishing to download a resource should create their own account and make a purchase. The licence applies to the resource version you purchase and does not entitle you to future or different versions.
Please ensure you order the version of the resource you require. More information can be found here. If you purchase the incorrect version we cannot change the order after purchase.
Occasionally we discontinue a resource (usually where we’ve changed it or need to restructure how it is sold). In this instance you will no longer be able to download the resource. In the unlikely event this happens within 7 days of purchase we would ensure you can access the file(s).
Download Timeframe & Limits
You must download your order within 7 days via the link/My Account area. Whilst you can see the resource in your account area, you can download it as many times as you wish, provided the download is just for you or your students. Whilst we will try to ensure the link will not expire, if we change a resource it may prevent you from downloading your order. In the unlikely event this happens within 7 days of purchase we would ensure you can access the file(s). However after the 7 days you would need to repurchase the resource as per the Refunds Policy.
Paid Purchases Only
By purchasing a any resources you are agreeing to our Refunds Policy.
Limitation of our liability
We are not liable to any user, even if foreseeable, for any loss of data, information, opportunity or financial gain in connection with any of the following (including but not limited to):
- Use of, or inability to use, our site; or
- Use of or reliance on any content or resources displayed on our site
Please note that we only provide our site for educational purposes. You agree not to use our site for any commercial or business purposes and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity if you do.
You agree to use Enjoy Computing only for lawful purposes, and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of Enjoy Computing site or resources.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our site or to you downloading of any content on it, or on any website linked to it.
Our site sometimes contains links to other educational; websites and resources provided by third parties. These links are provided for your information only. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources. We assume no responsibility for the content of websites linked on our site. Such links should not be interpreted as endorsement by us of those linked websites. We will not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
Enjoy Computing does not represent any examination board, our content is provided without any guarantees.
We do not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or malware. We do have scanning software installed on the web server but it is up to you to configure your information technology, computer programs and platform to access our site, and you should use your own virus protection software.
You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing trojans, worms, logic bombs, any other malware (including viruses) or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful or detrimental, in any way to us, or any third party. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990 and possibly other laws. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will cooperate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. The views expressed in our social media channels may include those from members of the public and are not necessarily those of Enjoy Computing.

Any inappropriate behaviour (for example, but not limited to, offensive or inappropriate content) on our website or our social media channels may include your Enjoy Computing account or accounts being suspended. We also sell some of our resources on TES. The resources we sell are normally in the Standard Version. The price of a resources on TES is normally higher than the price on our website to cover the costs involving with selling on their platform. The resource on TES may not be identical, for example (but not limited to), it may not be able to be completed electronically. When purchasing from TES you must agree to their terms and conditions.
